Shipping
We ship our colloidal silver products out priority mail delivery to any address in the USA only. We typically ship out the same day of order if the order comes in before 1p PST (Note: We have had to change our shipping prices for the new year 2023 due to raised USPS pricing)
Our products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to high shipping costs. Shipping on all orders is only $5.99-$8.99 depending on package size and costs. However, orders over $99 is still free!
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for your package to arrive in 3-5 days
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unused bottles of Colloidal Silver within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the product only if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All other products are not returnable.
However, We don't refund shipping or pay return shipping. We will however pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise you will pay return shipping fees.
You should expect to receive your refund within a couple of weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
