Two books. Two doorways. One life lived in devotion to truth, healing, and remembering.
Raising a Holistic, Happy, Healthy, HighVibe Pet is coming soon.
This book is the natural extension of everything I’ve learned over decades of caring for animals. It’s about supporting health rather than fighting disease. It’s about food, environment, emotions, energy, and the quiet bond between humans and their animals. This is not about perfection or doing everything “right.” It’s about simple, conscious choices that raise vitality and trust the body’s innate wisdom. It meets you where you are and helps you begin, gently.
Jazzy Jade, Joy, Justice, and JuJu, my beloved J pack, have walked beside me through my times of learning, unlearning, healing, and remembering. Mu and Wu, our Bengal kitties who live above the shop, remind me that curiosity, presence, and grace are forms of wisdom. Each of them has been a teacher, a mirror, and a steady guide, quietly shaping the way I understand health, connection, and what it truly means to live well.
This book grew out of a lifetime of trying to keep things as natural, clean, and honest as possible in a world that doesn’t always make that easy. My love for plants, crystals, animals, and the rhythms of nature has been a constant thread throughout my life. These are not trends to me. They are companions. They have supported me in finding balance when life felt overwhelming and clarity when the noise of the modern world became too loud.

Dead to Divine – My Memoir is available now.
This book is a raw, honest telling of my life as I remember it. From my years around the Grateful Dead world, through love, loss, addiction, awakening, and ultimately into a life of service through animals and holistic healing. This was written as a catharsis and a release, not to impress, but to tell the truth as it lived inside me. It is about shedding old identities, surviving what felt unsurvivable, and discovering that something sacred was guiding me all along. Readers often say it feels like sitting across from a friend who finally tells the whole story.
Together, these books tell one continuous story. One is about remembering who we are. The other is about how we care once we remember.
