You need to have an account with us. If you already do have account on our website, you are automatically enrolled in the program.
Q: How to see my Paw Points?
Login to your Holistic Pet Care account and click on the blue "Paw points" button on the bottom left side of the screen. If you are on mobile, the blue circle with a paw in the middle.
Q: How do I earn Paw Points?
Click on the "Rewards" button to find out all the ways you can earn Paw points and how to redeem them for discounts!
Q: I didn't receive my points after placing an order.
Make sure you've already created an account and are logged in before placing an order because you won't receive your points otherwise. You also won't receive paw points discounts with phone in orders.
Q: I've placed an order but forgot to use my reward.
Unfortunately, Paw Points can only be used prior to placing an order. Good news, your Paw points don't expire so you can always use it on your next order!
Q: My coupon was not applied.
Please be aware that Paw Points cannot be used together with any other discounts or promotions.
Q: I can't apply the coupon to my subscription.
Paw Points coupons cannot be directly used on subscriptions. If you would like to use your coupon on a recurring order, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your coupon code in advance and let us know which order you would like to apply the coupon on.
