Hi There - there are three ways to contact us.
Preferable by email/contact form or the online chat-for product questions as this is the best way as it gives us time to properly answer you - We do not have a staff answering phone calls. Partly this is due to the overwhelming amount of questions from pet parents wanting free advice about natural, holistic health care for their ailing pets. However, we have lots of helpful articles on this website and FAQ's answering questions and giving advice with answers to many of the questions often asked about natural and holistic pet care.
We're happy to answer questions regarding our products or help you with product information via contact form. However we do not offer personal/private consultations regarding your pets health concerns. Most of the time there are too many variables for us to address questions on the phone regarding dog or cat health questions. This is best left to a Holistic or Homeopathic vet or a Certified Naturopath for pets that offers paid consultations.

So although we often don't have time to answer in depth product questions on the phone we would have time later after the work day to answer the email questions. We typically can get back to you within 24 hours when receiving questions via contact form. We also now offer an online chat, visible in the lower right of your screen.
