Also email/contact form for product questions as this is the other way to get in touch and get answers to questions as it gives us time to properly answer you - We do not have a staff answering phone calls.
Partly this is due to the overwhelming amount of questions from pet parents wanting free advice about natural, holistic health care for their ailing pets. However, we have lots of helpful articles on this website and FAQ's answering questions and giving advice with answers to many of the questions often asked about natural and holistic pet care.
We're happy to answer questions regarding our products or help you with product information via contact form. However we do not offer personal/private consultations regarding your pets health concerns.
Most of the time there are too many variables for us to address questions on the phone regarding dog or cat health questions. This is best left to a Holistic or Homeopathic vet or a Certified Naturopath for pets that offers paid consultations.
