Although Holistic Pet Care LLC makes no claims about the effectiveness of using colloidal silver for pets- we have heard that:
Colloidal silver for pets can help with many health issues in all types of animals as well as people.
Colloidal Silver for pets can be an inexpensive alternative to drugs like antibiotics and steroids although we again, make no claims that it is so.
Some pet owners have used it as an alternative to pharmaceuticals in certain instances.( But not a replacement for Veterinary care)
It has been said to be much more effective at stopping, preventing and treating diseases in your dog or cat, than some of the harsh medicines that a vet would prescribe to your pet, in some situations.
Why would we recommend using colloidal silver for your pets?
Because over the centuries many physicians and healers have used it as natural antimicrobial. It has been used to address all types of pathogens. Works very fast in many cases. It is also an affordable way to use on anything most antibiotics are used for in some instances.
Also, it is almost tasteless and odourless as well as fairly easy to administer to pets.
Infections of all types- Colloidal silver is an all-around natural immune builder – possibly helpful for bacterial, yeast/fungal and viruses of all types (even parvo). Pets need to brush their teeth. But since they can’t we need to do something to help them with their teeth problems.
Colloidal silver can be sprayed or dabbed straight into a pet's mouth to help remove the bacteria, heal oral tissues and keep the gums and teeth clean.
For dogs, it can also be added to homemade tooth powders and rinses. Whether your pets live outdoors or indoors, they will be cleaner and much healthier when you use colloidal silver on them on a regular basis.
I started giving it to my small dog Juniper after noticing her teeth looked covered with plaque at only two years old. She loves lapping the colloidal silver right out of my hand. She sees the spray bottle and actually begs for it. About 6 months later I took her for a check up and the vet looked and remarked how beautiful her teeth looked!! That was when I noticed how her teeth had completely transformed into clean perfect canines! Keep your pet's bed clean and free of bacteria and parasites by regularly spraying the bedding down with undiluted colloidal silver and allow it to air dry. One or two tablespoons of colloidal silver in your pet's water dish will keep his immune system strong and help prevent disease so you can have a healthy pet for years to come.
Infections, rashes, hot spots- anything externally can be sprayed with colloidal silver- you will see quick results if you are consistent with your applications in most cases - that is unless it is an allergy to something they are eating or in the environment. In that case the allergen has to be discovered and removed.

I have just heard from someone that has done this with her pets and find it works! They don't have fleas! These people that normally are forced to use the strong, spot-on flea pesticides early in the spring, but since using the CS she said she hasn't had to use any more after applying it and giving the solution in the waterbowl on a daily basis! It's almost unbelievable, but if it works, this is fantastic! For a holistic treatment I would use the CS along with the a natural fleas control protocol which includes a good organic flea spray to use on your pet in flea infested outings.
Preserve any containers of opened pet food in the refrigerator and make it last a few days longer by adding a few drops of colloidal silver to it. If your pet is injured or hurt, spray or dab colloidal silver on the wound as soon as possible after the wounding and bandage it until it heals.

Colloidal Silver Dosage - Basic Guidelines
Use Colloidal Silver in its pure state, do not dilute it with other liquids or water unless putting in the pet's waterbowl for maintenance.
Maintenance dose: Recommended ingestion for most pets- One teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon daily in waterbowl depending on size.
(We recommend ½ dosages on for smaller pets under 10lbs.)
When dealing with healing something or when dealing with a compromised immune system: Recommended ingestion –1- 2 teaspoons- 1 Tablespoon 3 times a day directly in the mouth with an oral syringe. ( We include 1 oral syringe with 32 oz bottle)
When confronted with an immediate health challenge that may have compromised your pets wellbeing: Recommended ingestion – give 1-2 teaspoon up to 7 times a day directly in the mouth with oral syringe.
Long-term immune stress or compromise: Recommended ingestion – give 1-2 teaspoon 5 times a day directly in the mouth with oral syringe.
For runny goopy eyes: Use 1 dropperful 3-7 times a day.
For ear infections: Use 3-6 dropperful in each ear 3-7 times a day.
Skin Conditions: Spray about 1 teaspoon on hotspot rash or wound 3-5 times daily
Fleas: Use as a flea spray- saturate the fleas with colloidal silver daily until gone.

5 (4 oz/120 ml) droppers = 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
